Ingredients:

• 4 large eggs
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Cooking spray or a small amount of butter (for greasing the air fryer basket)
• Optional: Grated cheese, chopped herbs, diced bell peppers, or any other toppings you like

Instructions:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for a few minutes.
2. While the air fryer is preheating, crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well. Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
3. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or a small amount of butter to prevent sticking.
4. Pour the beaten eggs into the greased air fryer basket. If you’re adding any optional toppings like cheese, herbs, or vegetables, sprinkle them on top of the eggs at this point.
5. Place the basket in the preheated air fryer and set the temperature to 320°F (160°C).
6. Cook the eggs in the air fryer for about 5-6 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, pause the air fryer and gently stir the eggs with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
7. Continue cooking for the remaining time, or until the eggs are set to your desired level of doneness. Keep in mind that the eggs will continue to cook slightly after you remove them from the air fryer due to residual heat.
8. Carefully remove the scrambled eggs from the air fryer and serve immediately. They should be fluffy and ready to enjoy.
